Adoption of green technologies by social entrepreneurs for sustainable ecosystem

Abstract: In current times there is a need to identify an effective approach for advancing social entrepreneurship in green technologies within a sustainable ecosystem. There is a requirement for an interdisciplinary approach to emerging social innovation, sustainable development, and a technological adoption framework with respect to green technology in social enterprises. The existing literature views the primary role of an entrepreneur, growing environmental challenges, and socio-economic divergence of the 21st century, positioning social entrepreneurs as key agents of sustainable transformation. This conceptual study indicates that the integration of economic innovations not only mitigates environmental footprints but also improves operational efficiency, magnifying social impact. The study concludes that integrating green technologies with social entrepreneurship models serves as an essential strategy for achieving the United Nations long-term sustainability and equitable growth. These solutions illustrate how the integration of social entrepreneurship and green technologies opens access to opportunities for developing economies.
